  • Digital Technologies & Mathematics Teacher Secondary (0.6 FTE) – Fixed Term 2027

    Applications are invited from innovative and dynamic Christian teachers qualified to teach Digital Technologies and Mathematics. This is a fixed-term, part-time (0.6 FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2027, to cover a temporary reduction in teaching load.

     

    The successful applicant will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching programs that inspire students to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in both Digital Technologies and Mathematics.

    • Work collaboratively with the Mathematics and Technologies Learning Areas to develop high-quality teaching programs and fair, consistent assessment practices
    • Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues

     

    Selection Criteria:

    • Relevant qualifications and experience teaching Digital Technologies and Mathematics in a Secondary setting
    • Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences that support students to become confident, independent and resilient learners
    • Strong ICT skills and the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Head of Learning Area – Mathematics (Long Service Leave Relief Terms 1-3, 2027)

    We are currently seeking a dynamic, supportive and proactive Head of Learning Area (Mathematics) to join our team. This position is to cover Long Service Leave and will commence at the beginning of Term 1, 2027 and conclude at the end of the Term 3, 2027 holidays.

    The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership, and teaching skills, together with a proven ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community. A passion for positively impacting the lives of young people through Christ-centred education is essential.

  • Materials, Design & Technology Teacher - Secondary (0.7 FTE) - Term 4, 2026

    Applications are invited from innovative and dynamic Christian teachers qualified to teach Materials, Design & Technology in Years 7-12. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of quality teaching programs in secondary school. This is a part-time (0.70 FTE) position to cover extended staff leave in Term 4, 2026.

    There will be opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver lessons in Woodwork Years 7-10. There is a strong focus on using hand tools in the younger years
    • Deliver lessons in Materials, Design & Technology – Wood General Years 11-12. Upper school elective students are supported to design and produce original pieces.Demonstrated ability to safely supervise students in a woodwork workshop environment. Strong knowledge of workshop safety rules, safe use of woodworking equipment, and risk management is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workshop.
    • Work collaboratively with the Learning Areas to produce fair and educative assessments and improve on teaching programs with relation to the needs of current students.
    • Oversee the budget for the Materials, Design & Technology department.

     

    Selection Criteria:

    • Experience teaching Woodwork and Materials, Design and Technology to students in Years 7-12.
    • The capacity to design creative and engaging educational opportunities for students which support their growth as independent and resilient learners
    • Experience with ICT skills
    • Excellent English oral and written literacy skills
    • Organisational and administrative skills
