Student Security Internet Policy

Emmanuel Christian Community School’s Student Security Internet Policy  uses counter measure software called Cisco Meraki (Firewall). This particular software provides protection for students while they are on School premises.

Here at Emmanuel Christian Community School we are constantly exploring security measures to ensure students are safe while using school internet and that our student group polices are up to date.

The School employs Internet Content Filtering technology as a tool in meeting its duty of care  by preventing students being exposed to inappropriate material including, but not limited to, adult content when accessing the internet at school.

If your child has been exposed to pornographic material via the School Tablet, you need to report this to the School IT as soon as possible in order for us to take action.
